We would like to let you know of some upcoming changes regarding our online consultations provider.
Having listened to feedback from patients about how they have struggled with using eConsult, we have been looking into alternative providers that are more user friendly.
From the 23rd May we will be switching to a new service called Patient Triage which is provided by AccuRx. The functionality within this service is a lot simpler for anyone submitting either a medical request or admin related query.
The form can also submitted by someone else, such as a carer or friend on a patients behalf, to better support patients who struggle to use online services.
Patients will be able to access the service in the same way as before by visiting our website (home page) and clicking on the Contact us online section.
