Free Online Hope Programme for Carers – starting 20th May 2026

This course supports carers who are looking after someone in their life, such as a family member, friend or neighbour with health needs.

It covers topics such as managing fatigue and sleep, setting boundaries to help avoid burnout, improving communication and relationships, getting active, being creative and eating well.

Course duration

6 sessions. It takes up to 2 hours to complete each session, which you can complete at any time that is convenient to you.

What you need

You can do the course on your PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone with an internet connection.

The course is not delivered in a way where people need to be online at the same time. You work through the materials each week at your own pace, at a time that suits you.

Some people complete short sections of around 20 minutes at a time, while others may do more or less depending on the time they have available.
