A New Way to Book Appointments – 12th January

From 12th January 2026, the way you contact our GP surgery is changing.

We will be using a new system called Rapid Health. It helps you tell us about your symptoms so we can offer you the most appropriate care.

With Rapid Health, you can:

• Fill in a simple online form to tell us what you need
• See available appointment times at the end of the form if an appointment is suitable
• Choose a phone or face-to-face appointment when appropriate. (In some cases, we may advise a face-to-face visit based on your symptoms.)
