HOPE Programme – Isolation & Low Level Anxiety and Depression

There is a HOPE Programme aimed at people experiencing Isolation and low-level anxiety and depression starting on Monday 26 February 2024, 1-3pm, at Follaton Community Hall in Totnes. This is a five-week programme that will take place on the following dates:

  • Tuesday 26th February
  • Tuesday 4th March
  • Tuesday 11th March
  • Tuesday 18th March
  • Tuesday 25th March
