HOPE Programme – spaces still available, book now!

The HOPE Programme is a FREE six-week programme which aims to support people to focus on their wellbeing and self-management, as well as bringing groups of people together who are going through something similar.  

Spaces still available on: 

  • Tuesday 30th July – 10Th September (course not running on 20th August)
  • Tuesday 6th August – 17Th September (course not running on 27th August)
