Rapid Health is now available through the NHS App

Patients can now access the Rapid Health form directly through the NHS App, as well as through our website.

You can submit a request for help with a health problem online during surgery opening hours. In most cases, you will be offered an appointment at the end of the form. Occasionally, your request may need further review to ensure you receive the most appropriate care.

To access Rapid Health through the NHS App, select:

Appointments → Book an appointment → Ask about a health problem

Please note that this service is for health-related requests only. It is not currently available for administrative queries or general enquiries.

Rapid Health is not for emergencies. Call 999 in an emergency, or if you need urgent medical advice while the surgery is closed, contact NHS 111.
