TALKWORKS workshops – if interested please book before 8th January 2024
The team at TALKWORKS (a free to access NHS talking therapy service) will be delivering a ‘TALKWORKS For Improving Sleep’ workshop for our patients on Sunday 14th January and a ‘Resilience and Wellbeing’ workshop on Sunday 21st January.
Venue – Pembroke House Surgery (266 Torquay Road, Paignton, TQ3 2EZ).
Both workshops are delivered by NHS clinicians and are available to attend free of charge.

Improving sleep workshop – Sunday 14th January 9AM
The TALKWORKS for Improving Sleep workshop is a 2 hour session, commencing at 9am, which will help you learn more about the science of sleep, common sleep problems and their causes, quality of sleep vs quantity and evidence-based ways of improving sleep.
Resilience and wellbeing workshop – Sunday 21st January 9AM
The Resilience and Wellbeing workshop is a 3 hour session which teaches a number of simple but effective tools help develop resilience. It will give you the opportunity to study the 5 areas of resilience: body, mind, connections, purpose and self. The session will run from 9am – 12pm.
