Using Rapid Health to contact us

All appointments and advice requests are made using our Rapid Health online form.

The quickest and easiest way to do this is to complete the form yourself at https://compasshouse-consult.uk.rapidhealth.co.uk or by scanning the QR code below.

This often results in a faster response, and in many cases patients may be offered an instant appointment to choose from.

Using Rapid Health online helps us respond more quickly to everyone, by keeping phone lines available for patients who are unable to access the internet or need additional support.

If you cannot complete the form yourself, a family member or carer can do this for you. If you do not have online access or need help, please contact the surgery and our team will complete the form with you.

Outside of practice hours, please contact NHS 111, or dial 999 in a life-threatening emergency.
