Virtual HOPE Programme for people living with low level anxiety and/or depression – starting Friday 17 May
A free, six-week programme aimed at supporting people to better self-care and self-manage, increasing their sense of control and resilience is available from Friday 17 May. The HOPE Programme brings people together who are going through something similar so that the group can connect, empathise and offer peer support to one another. Often groups start as strangers and leave as friends!
This programme will be running online (via Microsoft Teams) on a Friday, 10am-12pm.
See flyer here for further information.
