Order your repeat medication as a new patient
As a new patient, your first repeat medication request is processed slightly differently. As part of your registration, your medical records need to be transferred from your previous GP practice. This process can take up to 28 days.
Our clinicians require access to your clinical information before they can authorise repeat medication requests. Once your medication has been reviewed and authorised, it will then be available for you to order online in future via Online Services such as the NHS App or Patient Access.
If you require your medication urgently, please provide a copy of your repeat prescription slip from your previous GP practice with your first request.
