  • For mental health crises in Torbay, you can call the 24/7 crisis line on NHS 111 (choose the mental health option) or the Devon Partnership Trust’s First Response Service on 0300 555 5000 – this helpline is available 24/7. 
  • Call Samaritans: 116 123 – whatever you’re going through, call free any time, from any phone.

SilverCloud Online Mental Wellbeing Programme

SilverCloud is a new, free service providing a private, confidential space to help you feel better through personalised tools, content, and support.

There are various programmes available through this service including stress, sleep, financial concerns, and anxious children/ teenagers, and are designed to help maintain wellbeing by addressing underlying issues that can have a negative impact. The programmes consist of six to eight modules, and it is recommended that one module is completed each week however, these can be done at your own pace.

To access the service, you will need to sign-up and complete a clinical questionnaire to help SilverCloud recommend the best programmes for you to try.
