If you are not under a mental health team please contact your GP for a referral (if you feel you need help for your mental health).

SilverCloud Online Mental Wellbeing Programme

SilverCloud is a new, free service providing a private, confidential space to help you feel better through personalised tools, content, and support.

There are various programmes available through this service including stress, sleep, financial concerns, and anxious children/ teenagers, and are designed to help maintain wellbeing by addressing underlying issues that can have a negative impact. The programmes consist of six to eight modules, and it is recommended that one module is completed each week however, these can be done at your own pace.

To access the service, you will need to sign-up and complete a clinical questionnaire to help SilverCloud recommend the best programmes for you to try.

TALKWORKS Sleep Difficulty Support

Do you suffer from difficulties with sleep? If so, you may benefit from TALKWORKS free NHS treatment.

They hold regular “TALKWORKS for Improving Sleep” Workshops, teaching handy techniques and tools to help get a better night’s sleep. For more information or to book a place, please visit their website (www.talkworks.dpt.nhs.uk/workshops/sleep-workshops), or telephone 0300 555 3344. Places are limited and available on a first come, first served basis, but more dates are continually being added.

TALKWORKS also offer one-to-one support for sleep difficulties either face-to-face, by telephone, via video call, online 24/7 self-help, or through their live, text-based therapy service, (available 6am to 11pm, 7 days a week). For more information, please visit:
