If the form is not returned in time, you may need to arrange vaccinations through a private travel clinic.

We recommend checking the National Travel Health Network and Centre (NaTHNaC) website for guidance on non-NHS vaccines and potential travel-related health risks.

Please note that some vaccines require multiple doses and must be given at specific intervals. If you have not heard from us within 10 days of submitting the Travel Vaccination form, please contact the practice.
