Travel Vaccinations and Advice

Please complete our Travel Risk Assessment Form at least 12 weeks before you travel.

Please select Questions and admin (16+) and then choose Travel Risk Assessment.

If you are travelling as a group, each person will need to complete their own form.

If we do not receive your form in time, you may need to arrange any required vaccinations through a private travel clinic.

We recommend checking the NaTHNaC website at https://travelhealthpro.org.uk for guidance on travel health risks and vaccines that may not be available on the NHS.

Please note that some vaccines require multiple doses and need to be given at specific intervals before travel.
