As a new patient, this process is slightly different for your 1st time repeat medication request. Part of the registration process is for your medical records to be transferred from your old GP and this can take up to 28 days.
Our Clinicians will need your clinical information to enable them to authorise your repeat medication. Once requested, and authorised by our clinicians, your Repeat Medication will be available for you to order via Online Services (NHS App / Patient Access etc) going forward.
If you need your medication urgently, and have a Repeat Prescription Slip from your previous GP please provide this with your 1st request. Prescription request boxes are available at Compass House Medical Centres during opening hours:
