How to register with us

Thank you for enquiring about registering with Compass House Medical Centres. We are still accepting new patients at this time. 

The easiest way to register, is by using the NHS online form (Online Registrations).

Paper registration forms are available from our reception desks during opening hours at Compass House Medical Centres King Street, Brixham, TQ5 9TF and 2 Langdon Lane, Galmpton, TQ5 0PG.

Anyone in England can register with a GP surgery. It’s free to register. You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number.

You might be able to register with a GP surgery that’s not in the area you live.
