Tests & Results

Tests results can take up to 7 days to be processed (sometimes longer for certain specialist investigations).

How to find out your Tests results

1. The easiest way is via Online Services: NHS App or Patient Access
2. Calling between 2PM and 5PM (Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays and Surgery Closures) for your results on 01803 855897 Option 5

If a doctor has requested that you have investigations (blood / radiology / other) and you have not heard from us within 7 days, please contact us to check your results and to arrange any follow up.

Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate to, unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data, or if the patient is a child and you are the parent / guardian.
